POSITION INFO:
ð What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead, inspire, and manage a vehicle sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies.
Ensure exceptional customer experiences and after-sales support.
Analyse performance trends, stock levels, and market activity.
Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives.
Present sales results, insights, and opportunities to senior management.

ð§° What We’re Looking For:

Matric (Grade 12) — essential
Tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing or Business Management — advantageous
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry
At least 2 years in a sales leadership or management role
Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
In-depth understanding of the vehicle sales process, finance, and customer relationship management
