SUMMARY:
Sales Manager - Bredasdorp

Auto fitment center opening in Bredasdorp is on a recruitment drive for a sales manager to join this well-established national organization.

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Plans and Organizes Resources - including equipment & machines, plans projects, parts inventory, maintenance programs, spares and parts, etc
• Manages and Leads Staff - recruit staff, conduct meetings, assess individual / team objectives / targets, etc., disciplinary procedures, conducting performance counselling, grievances, develop team skills & matrixes
• Manages Store Finances & Stock - analyse financial reports / documents / debtors age analysis, credit limit, cash sales, month end income and expenditure, budget & controls expenditure, order stock etc.
• Sells products / services & seeks new sales opportunities - implement promotions & displays, source and identify new business, fleet, motor dealers, etc, 
• Builds & Maintains customer Relations - call on existing client base, drive and develop new business, deal with customer queries / complaints, maintain relationships, etc
• Analyses Financial & Stock Reports / Documents - credit notes, GRV's, compare, analyse and action reports (debtors, age analysis, credit limit, analyse days invoicing, process orders, generate quotations

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications:

• Matric coupled with a post retail / sales qualification
• 5 years' experience in retail industry, of which 2 years should be within the tyre retail industry
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Fully Computer literate - MS Office Suite / POS
• Valid Driver's License

• Market knowledge, tracking budgets, product & service, stock management, managing staff, suppliers' specification
