Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Cape Town, South Africa. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, driving revenue growth, and fostering client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Team Leadership:

Qualifications and Experience:

• Recognised industry qualification an advantage.
• RE5 an advantage.
• Proven track record of success in sales management within the financial services industry, preferably in derivatives trading.
• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate a sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
