Sales Manager / Fleet Rental – Kempton Park

POSITION INFO:

National transport and truck rental company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow fleet rental business
Identify and secure new clients
Manage and grow existing key accounts
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve targets
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Collaborate with operations to ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports
Attend client meetings, presentations, and networking events
