About the role

We are looking for a Sales Manager to oversee our Sales and Marketing operations. The ideal candidate should demonstrate expertise in Sales Leadership, Customer Engagement, Floor Operations, Merchandising, and Administration. Proficiency in POS software and fluency in Afrikaans, English, and Portuguese (Bonus) is required.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate sales team
Implement sales strategies
Oversee floor operations and merchandising
Manage administration and reporting
Utilize social media for sales

Qualifications

A Senior Certificate - Grade 12 (Matric)

Skills

Sales Leadership, Customer Engagement, Floor Operations, Merchandising, Administration, Fluency in Afrikaans, English, and Portuguese (Bonus), Social Media Management
