SUMMARY:
Winelands Pork is a high-throughput pork abattoir and processing operation in the Western Cape. We're looking for a driven, commercially sharp Sales Manager to grow our footprint across wholesale, retail and corporate channels and help shape the next chapter of our brand.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Drive large-scale sales of pork carcasses and pork products (fresh, boxed fresh and frozen) across wholesale, retail and corporate channels. Manage and grow a branded retail butchery outlet, including stock, pricing, promotions and profitability. Secure and manage supply agreements with major retailers and food-industry clients. Build and maintain key accounts, identifying new sales opportunities and market gaps. Use data and reporting to track KPIs and continuously improve sales performance. Work closely with marketing and operations to align sales strategy with production capacity. What We're Looking For Meat industry experience, with strong exposure to pork and retail\/butchery sales (5+ years preferred). Proven track record in growing sales volumes and managing key accounts. High energy, ambitious and digitally confident, with a hands-on approach to selling. Strong commercial acumen and confidence working across retail and corporate environments. A long-term outlook and appetite to build a career in the pork industry. Why Join Winelands Pork?
