Sales Rep

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Selling baby goods

Office in Klipriver

Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
Develop and execute the sales strategy.
Compliance to specified call strategy as laid out by Management
Engage & maintain good customer relationships
Provide feedback on competitor & industry information
Drive & maintain sales operational activities at store level
Administration of new credit applications & processes
Monthly sales analysis review for management

Marketing

An in-depth knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. with an interest in improving the channels and looking at best industry practices
Growing & enhancing visual content of our social media presence across all platforms
Manage community comments and messages, in partnership with Customer Support
Adhering to and full implementation of the Marketing Strategies as laid out by management
Analyze trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing & sales performance
Contribution to information, innovative ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
Good computer skills, mainly outlook, MS word and excel
Willingness to complete adhoc office tasks

Minimum 3 years FMCG sales experience
Degree/Diploma in sales & marketing
Ability to penetrate, develop and grow markets
Ability to develop and leverage relationships with new customers
Familiarity with current marketing techniques using social media and online channels
Ability to retain & engage good customer relationships
Excellent communication skills

Valid Code 8 driver’s license
