JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

vRelevant tertiary qualification.

vAt least 5 years Solid Sales Experience.

vFMCG background (essential).

vValid driver''s licence .

vSales experience with a proven sales track record is an advantage.

vComputer Skills in Word and Excel.

vCell phone.

vNeat and presentable.

vWell-spoken with negotiating skills.

vMust be willing to travel.

Applicants will be responsible for:

vAssisting in the operation of allocated commercial stores:

vEvaluate and promote better services to customers where required.

vControl and monitoring of company Fixtures.

vMonitoring of stores monthly sales and growth in accordance with company targets.

vImplement strategic initiatives as required by the Line Manager.

vEnsure that all listed products are ordered and displayed in applicable stores.

vResponsible for ordering and follow-up of all Seasonal and Everyday stock.

vEvaluate and analyse allocated stores monthly sales and growth in accordance with company monthly targets.

vImplement store disciplines as stipulated in company Show file.

vAdhere to and implement company procedures as stipulated in the company Procedure manual.

vLiaising with internal and external customers:

vEnsure that general correspondence is adhered to as outlined by the Line Manager.

vAssist in the annual stock take in all stores if and when required.

vAddress complaints and resolve problems within all stores as required.

vAdvise line manager of concerns relating to the operational issues and general correspondence.

vManaging of Merchandisers:

vResponsible for coaching merchandisers, planning, assigning, and directing work disciplining merchandisers; addressing complaints and resolving problems – all in conjunction with the Line manager.

vEnsure that staff adhere to all company procedures and requirements as specified in the company Sales procedure manual and Show file.

vIncumbent to perform other duties as may be required from time to time.
