JOB DESCRIPTION:

An innovative eco-friendly pest management company is looking to hire a Sales Specialist in Brackenfell (Cape Town).

Since their mission is to reduce the chemical footprint of the pest control industry, they are looking for a like-minded individual who cares about the environment and is prepared to learn new pest management solutions in line with their eco-conscious solutions.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience as a Pest Control Sales Specialist.
Proven successful sales track record.
Registered and valid P Number in Structural Pest Management and one other Pest Management Field.
Valid driver’s license, and own vehicle.
Advanced IT skills (particularly in Microsoft Office).
Excellent communication and customer service skills (always being professional when interacting with customers).

Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales Activities:

Build sales pipeline by using various methods (majority cold-calling).
New business development.
Manage entire sales pipeline to deal closure.
Obtain target in contract sales per month.
Complete weekly sales reports detailing activities and financial results for presentation to CEO.
Ensure customer satisfaction.

Pest Management Activities:

Conduct pest surveys at prospective client sites.
Write quality pest proposals (including quotes) for prospective clients.
Present the above to prospective decision-makers.
