JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS

Matric, tertiary education highly advantageous
Excellent interpersonal skills and Presentation skills.
Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
Able to put together good written content
Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
An understanding of Adobe (Illustrator & Photoshop) preferableMinimum two years relevant work experience.

Previous experience in Social media platforms - Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, live streaming.
Strong organisational and administration skills
Creative mindset and project driven
Must be able to travel with valid passport

DUTIES

Manage all administration being the link between the sales and studio departments
Managing the workflow and ensuring that all relevant parties are briefed and that they deliver on time
Day to day sales support with internal departments and clients.
Ensure projects are resourced to maximum efficiency
Engage with the relevant internal teams to communicate, unpack, understand and brainstorm client & sales vision and needs.
Manage and control all scoping, planning and timelines of projects and reports across the team, whilst anticipating any problems before they occur.
Conduct project and report post-mortems in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Prepare and deliver status up-date meetings with management, studio & sales departments.
Create and manage company social media strategy

Salary: R12 - R15k dependent on experience
