Are you a natural-born leader with a passion for wellness and the gift of motivation? We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Team Leader to guide and inspire a group of energetic Care Consultants as they roll out an exciting new product in the medical/wellness space!

🧭 The Mission:
You’ll take the lead on a feel-good marketing campaign that’s launching at the end of May. Think face-to-face engagement, feel-good vibes, and exhibitions across Gauteng!

🚀 Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
👥 Managing a team of 5 Care Consultants
🧠 Coaching and motivating your team to shine in face-to-face client engagements
📝 Handling daily planning, team performance tracking, and on-site coordination
🎪 Attending exhibitions and wellness events (you’ll be on the move!)
🏢 Reporting into Head Office in Fourways when not on the road

💪 What You Bring to the Table:
✔️ 3–5 years' experience leading sales/promotions teams (face-to-face, not just behind a desk!)
✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
✔️ A confident, hands-on approach to driving results
✔️ A genuine love for people and all things wellness

✅ Matric
✅ Valid driver’s license (you’ll be steering the ship!)
✅ Clear ITC & Criminal Record
✅ Immediate availability – this is an URGENT hire!
