Looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join a 5* hospitality group in Cape Town!

Camps Bay | Permanent | On-site

POSITION INFO:
Must have HOTEL experience in sales and marketing!

What you will do:

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Manage and lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Coordinate with other departments to align sales and marketing efforts.
