JOB SUMMARY:
We have an exciting Sales and Merchandising Manager role available.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

More than 3 years experience in a similar role
Grade 12
Own transport and valid drivers licence
FMCG experience

Duties will involve:

Manage sales team - set targets and monitor performance, manage performance, do performance apprisales, develop and train staff
Manage areas to max revenue
Ensure sufficient stock levels
Stay up to date with markets trends
Deal with complaints received
Ensure space allocated in stores are always stocked
Provide feedback to head office
