SUMMARY:
A leading global organisation within the technology and infrastructure sector is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join its IT Salesforce team. The team is responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting Salesforce platforms across multiple global organisations spanning four continents.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 3 years Salesforce development experience
Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modelling, and platform limits
Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD tools
Salesforce certifications (Administrator I, platform developer I, application builder preferred
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills

Key Responsibilities

Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flows, LWC, and Declarative tools
Triage and resolve Level 2 and 3 support tickets
Manage user access, security roles, data imports, and metadata changes
Support CI/CD processes and version control (Git/Azure DevOps)
Assist with debugging, refactoring, testing, and deployment activities
Collaborate with Developers, Administrators, Analysts, and Architects
Maintain documentation for features, configurations, and releases
Experience with Experience Cloud
Exposure to multiple languages (Spanish, Portuguese, French, German)
