SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled and business-savvy Solutions Analyst with strong experience in the financial services sector and exposure to Salesforce to join our dynamic team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving innovation, and delivering impactful systems enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into detailed systems requirements. Detailed system requirements must include capabilities, interfaces and functionalities within and across technologies.
Business Capability Modelling and Mapping
Identifying new and existing APIs, Testing APIs
Designing and Presenting new solution designs to Design and Integration Authorities
Proactively learn & leverage knowledge on the organizations technical landscape, environment and broader architecture to systems requirements
Leverage business analysis & modeling tools and apply notation standards such as UML/BPMN to diagrammatically/visually document: business requirements, business processes, system processes & integration, designs.
Socialize and gain business approval for integrated requirements with key stakeholders

POSITION INFO:
Required Education, Experience & Skills

Matric
IT Degree/Diploma
5 + years’ experience as a Solutions Analyst / Business Analyst
Salesforce MuleSoft experience
Experience within financial services (banking, insurance, investments, fintech, etc.)
Strong understanding of financial products, processes, and regulatory environments
Exposure to or working knowledge of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Financial Services Cloud advantageous)
Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical documentation
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Nice to Have

Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, etc.)
Experience working in Agile environments
Understanding of integrations, APIs, and data flows
Experience working with cross-functional technology teams
