Sciences Customer Services Intern - Personal Care and Industrial Manufacturing Industries

SUMMARY:
A well-known and established international Company specialising within the Personal Care and Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industries requires the above to liaise with Customers, provide accurate and timely technical information regarding specialised products to Customers.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements for the role:

• A BSc or BTech or Diploma or related qualification in any Sciences Degree is essential for this role. The Company will also consider a candidate who is in their final year of their degree or diploma for this role.
• The successful candidate must be able to communicate well and in a confident manner as they will be dealing with Customers and internal staff.
• The successful candidate must be computer literate with good Excel and Word skills as well as strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• The successful candidate does not need to have any working experience as this is an intern role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Liaising with Customers and internal staff regarding specialised raw materials that need to be supplied to the Personal Care and Pharmaceutical and related Manufacturing Customers handling technical questions on a daily basis. 
• Receiving and processing Customer orders and addressing concerns as needed.
• Maintaining order reports and keeping Customers informed as to when stock will be delivered to them.
• Liaising with third-party logistics partners to keep informed on inbound deliveries and relaying information to the Customers.
• Giving technical advice on a range of products for the Personal Care, Pharmaceutical and related manufacturing markets.
• Ensuring that all Customers receive excellent service.
• Dispatching samples to Customers along with all relevant documents required.
• Ensuring that all purchase orders are received from Clients prior to dispatching.
• Following up on all stock levels of relevant products, monitoring incoming shipments to fulfil customer requirements.

 Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
