POSITION INFO:

The candidate must have practical experience of having managed multiple teams in an agile environment.

Qualification:
Essential:

• Relevant tertiary qualification.
• Certified scrum master/scrum practitioner.
• Knowledge and/or experience of Scrum.
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle.
• Proficient with Azure DevOps
• Excellent communication skills in English in written and spoken form.
• 3 years experience working in a Scrum Master role.
• 5 years experience working in an agile environment, preferably in a variety of situations.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Deep understanding of iterative product development methodologies - such as SAFE and scrum methodologies.
• Ability to work with and influence remote teams.
• Strong planning, communication (written and verbal), presentation, negotiation, facilitation skills.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• The ability to manage project/product budgets.
• The ability to coach business units to manage resource allocation.
• The ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems.
• Project Cross Skills would be advantageous (Change Management, Test Analyst, Business Analyst etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for driving technical excellence and innovation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their goals
• Strong presentations skills / Power Point presentations.
• Project Management skills
• Ability to clearly communicate to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluent communication skills in English
