Section Head - Strategic Sourcing and Procurement (Saudi national only)

We are looking for an experienced Saudi National to lead Raw Materials Procurement within a major secondary manufacturing business unit for one of the largest companies in Kingdom.

POSITION INFO:
This is a high-impact leadership role focused on strategic sourcing, supplier management, commercial excellence and supply security -helping ensure the continuous supply of critical raw materials and supporting long-term business growth. What You'll Do Lead strategic sourcing and procurement of key raw materials . Manage supplier relationships, contracts and commercial negotiations. Develop strategies to strengthen supply security and reduce risk. Drive cost optimisation using Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). Monitor market trends and identify commercial opportunities. Lead and develop a high-performing procurement team. Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver business objectives. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field. 10 years' experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain or Category Management. 3 years' leadership experience. Experience in raw materials procurement and strategic sourcing. Industrial experience in petrochemical, chemical, and oil & gas industries is preferred. Strong negotiation, commercial and stakeholder management skills. SAP, Oracle, Ariba or similar ERP experience. CIPS, CPSM or CSCP certification is advantageous.
