Market-leading residential property management company is seeking experienced residential sectional title management specialists to join their young and dynamic team based in Milnerton.

R17 000 - R28 000 basic pm (depending on experience and qualifications) | Start ASAP | Permanent | Office based in Milnerton

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

Assist the Property Manager with portfolio of residential clients
Manage safety, maintenance and insurance contracts
Experience with sectional title advantageous
Ability to work with different types of people and at all levels
Organized and good problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and well-presented
