JOB SUMMARY:
âªFinancial support to the marketing teams to drive operational and strategic objectives of categories growth targets and margin improvement.
âªInfluence a variety of key stakeholders with timely financial and operational analysis to facilitate and expedite sound business decisions including strategy development, business planning, financial forecasting, pricing & promotion analysis, marketing spending, & margin improvements etc
âªSupport Senior BA in budgeting, analytics, monthly review presentations.
âªAnalyze competition moves, economic and market indicators and highlight risks and opportunities to Sector Lead / BAM with suggested coarse of action for the entity.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Sector finance lead responsible for providing financial support to the sector marketing stake holders to drive category growth and margin improvement targets.
Responsible for delivering Sector / Category targets and development and delivery of early warning signals
Accountable to streamline and optimize product pricing, margin analytics, portfolio management and develop critical KPI trackers to conduct monthly / quarterly and annual progress reviews and GAP analysis.
Accountable for all financial analysis associated with New Product Initiatives, Revenue Management and other sector related initiatives.
Conduct product level and geo mix analytics to review category growth opportunities and gaps. Demonstrate leadership in driving and influencing a wide range of sales, marketing and supply teams to identifying and execute new plans to counter risks and budgetary gaps.
Be a business partner for sector brand team and provide budgetary and analytical support. Furthermore, driving the CFO mindset through optimization of spend in Marketing.
Lead and consolidate quarterly forecasting for the sector working closely with the Senior BA.
