They function as an in-house, outsourced digital department, utilizing a small, senior team to provide creative solutions and performance-driven design.

The Role: Senior Account Manager & Strategist

This role sits at the center of client relationships, owning the strategic direction, reporting, and feedback loops for a portfolio of digital clients. The purpose of the position is to ensure that work moves efficiently between internal teams and clients while providing clear, actionable insights that build client confidence. The main focus areas include translating data into growth opportunities and ensuring all deliverables meet high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Provide 4+ years of experience as an Account Manager within a digital marketing agency.
Own day-to-day client relationships across multiple accounts, leading status calls, reporting sessions, and feedback discussions.
Build and present performance reports using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
Translate performance data into actionable optimization plans and digital strategies across paid media, SEO, content, and web.
Write and refine short-form and long-form copy and provide creative direction and detailed briefs for internal teams.
Manage project timelines and priorities using platforms like Asana and Slack.
Oversee execution and quality assurance of all outputs before they reach the client.
Identify upsell or expansion opportunities and support proposal development and scope planning.

About You

4+ years of experience as an Account Manager within a digital marketing agency.
Proven experience managing multiple clients simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
Strong reporting and analytical ability with comfort in translating data into strategic insights.
Solid understanding of digital marketing channels including paid advertising, SEO, content, and web development.
Proficient with digital tools such as Asana, Everhour, Canva, Google Suite, and AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
Confident and clear communicator who can manage complex feedback loops and align client expectations.
Strategic thinker who can connect daily activities to big-picture goals and spot performance patterns.
Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
