Key Requirements:

• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex solutions
• Proven track record in sales, consistently achieving and exceeding targets
• Excellent managerial and leadership skills, capable of guiding and motivating a team
• Strategic thinker, able to forward-plan and lead initiatives rather than simply execute instructions
• Exceptional communication skills, confident in engaging with SMEs and corporate clients
• Ability to operate independently, taking ownership of client accounts and sales processes
• Develop and manage a portfolio of key client accounts within the IT services sector
• Drive new business acquisition through prospecting, networking, and referrals
• Identify client needs and propose suitable IT solutions (e.g. managed services, cloud, infrastructure, software, cybersecurity, etc.)
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
• Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company targets and margins
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful solution implementation
