POSITION INFO:
Are you an established accounting professional in Gauteng who has moved beyond pure processing and now operates as a true business partner?
I am currently engaging with high-performing Senior Accountants as part of a strategic 2026 finance talent build. This is not a live vacancy, it is a proactive search to connect with professionals who are ready to align themselves with future leadership-driven opportunities.

I’m looking to speak to commercially sharp finance professionals who:

Take ownership of the full finance function
Influence decision-making through meaningful reporting
Bring structure, compliance, and control to complex environments
Thrive in operational or fast-moving businesses

What Strong Profiles Typically Demonstrate

End-to-end accounting ownership across multiple entities or business units
Delivery of accurate and insight-driven monthly management packs
Preparation of annual financial statements in line with IFRS
Management of audit processes and engagement with external auditors
Oversight of VAT, PAYE, and income tax compliance
Contribution to budgeting cycles, forecasts, and strategic planning
Implementation of process improvements and strengthening of internal controls
Exposure to group reporting structures (advantageous)

Preferred Background

BCom Accounting or Finance (Honours advantageous)
CA(SA) advantageous, but not essential
5+ years’ experience in a progressive accounting role
Strong ERP exposure with advanced Excel capability
Experience in operational, manufacturing, distribution, FMCG, or fast-paced sectors advantageous
Strong analytical thinking with high attention to detail
Confident communicator comfortable engaging EXCO and senior leadership
