SUMMARY:

One of our trusted clients is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join their dynamic and growing team based in Gauteng. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic reporting.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review monthly management accounts
Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, and journal entries
Ensure compliance with IFRS and local regulations
Manage financial reporting and statutory submissions
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
Liaise with auditors and manage the audit process
Support junior team members and provide mentorship
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controls

Qualifications & Experience:

CA(SA) qualification is essential.
2 to 3 years’ post-qualification experience.
Strong technical accounting skills with attention to detail.
Experience in costing and financial balancing is required.
Exposure to multinational or international environments is advantageous.
Proficiency in SAP and/or Hyperion is highly beneficial.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Open to mature, experienced professionals seeking flexibility and impact.
