POSITION INFO:
Company and Job Description:
You’ll join a high-performing finance team responsible for overseeing key accounting and reporting functions within a busy retail environment. This role is ideal for a technically strong Senior Accountant who thrives in a deadline-driven setting and enjoys partnering with operational stakeholders to improve financial performance and controls.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports
Manage month-end and year-end reporting processes
Oversee journals, reconciliations, and general ledger integrity
Ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT, tax, and statutory requirements
Assist with the preparation of Annual Financial Statements (AFS)
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls
Support external audit processes and compliance reporting
Partner with operational teams to provide financial insights and support

Job Experience & Skills Required :
