POSITION INFO:
Job Description: This position involves: Managing the full accounting function and monthly financial reporting process Reviewing and preparing management accounts and financial analysis Ensuring the accuracy of balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger integrity Leading month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting activities Preparing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections Analysing financial results and providing meaningful business insights to management Driving process improvements and strengthening internal controls Assisting with statutory compliance, audits, and tax requirements Mentoring junior finance team members and supporting their professional development Partnering with operational teams to improve profitability and business performance Skills & Experience: 5+ years of commercial accounting experience Proven experience within a dynamic corporate environment Strong technical accounting knowledge and financial reporting expertise Advanced Excel skills and ERP system exposure Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail Commercially minded with the confidence to challenge and influence decision-making Qualification: CA(SA), AGA(SA) OR CIMA For more information connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile and to view all our Financial recruitment vacancies.
