Key Responsibilities: Manage regulatory and compliance obligations Coordinate licensing, filings, and ongoing compliance requirements Engage with regulatory bodies and external advisors Provide legal and regulatory guidance to internal stakeholders Oversee compliance frameworks, policies, and governance processes Conduct risk assessments and support risk mitigation initiatives Monitor regulatory developments and assess business impacts Support strategic projects and business initiatives Prepare reports and recommendations for senior management Identify opportunities to improve compliance processes and controls Job Experience and Skills Required Qualification: Bachelor's degree in law, Compliance, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field Legal admission or relevant compliance qualification advantageous Experience: Minimum 5+ years' relevant experience in legal, regulatory, compliance, or advisory environments Experience operating within regulated industries Proven ability to manage complex regulatory and compliance matters Experience engaging with regulators and external advisors Skills: Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance principles High attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong stakeholder management abilities Strong organisational and project management capabilities Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Commercially minded with a proactive approach Apply Now!
