JOB SUMMARY:
A well-known international chemical raw material company requires the above to manage and drive all senior key accounts on a national basis within the paints and coatings and related markets.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements for the role:

Tertiary qualification in chemistry or related qual or SAPMA modules or related is preferred.
Previous Key Account Management or related sales experience selling paints and coatings raw materials or related products into the manufacturers is essential.
Strong commercial drive, analytical mindset and good interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Managing and driving all senior key accounts within the paints and coatings and related markets on a national basis.
Maximizing profitability, controlling working capital, growing the portfolio and achieving budgetary objectives for your selected product portfolio.
Introducing new product ranges, concepts and applications to the market.
Providing technical assistance to customers.
Presenting and driving a business plan which will include strategies and sales forecasts for annual budgets.
Managing stock, debtor and working capital.

Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
