A well-established financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Actuarial Manager to join its leadership team. The successful candidate will provide strategic actuarial direction across the business, leading the development of sophisticated actuarial models while delivering commercial insights that enhance pricing, risk management, financial performance, and long-term profitability.
Working closely with executive leadership and key business stakeholders, you will influence strategic initiatives, strengthen actuarial frameworks, and drive continuous improvement across the organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced actuarial professional seeking a highly visible leadership role within a progressive and data-driven environment.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Lead actuarial analysis, modelling, and reporting to support strategic business objectives. Drive the development, enhancement, and validation of actuarial models and methodologies. Partner with business, finance, risk, product, and executive stakeholders to identify opportunities and manage emerging risks. Oversee pricing, valuation, capital modelling, and risk management initiatives. Monitor portfolio performance, identify key trends, and recommend strategic interventions. Lead, mentor, and develop actuarial talent while fostering a high-performance team culture. Job Experience and Skills Required: Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline. Qualified Actuary (FASSA or equivalent international qualification preferred). Minimum 10 years' actuarial experience within the financial services and\/or insurance industry. Proven leadership experience managing actuarial teams and delivering strategic business initiatives. Strong knowledge of pricing, valuation, capital modelling, risk management, and regulatory frameworks. Apply now!
