Introduction We are offering a critical position for a highly capable individual who can take full responsibility for administration and operational control. This role is suited for someone who is highly independent, able to make strong decisions, and consistently delivers accurate, high-quality work. Duties & Responsibilities Full control and improvement of administrative systems and processes Contract management and critical document control Financial processing, cost control, and reporting to management Direct support and coordination with senior management Ensure 100% accuracy of all data and records Manage office functions and operational flow Desired Experience & Qualification Fluent in Afrikaans and English (Professional level, due to our client base) Own transport (Advantage) Minimum 5+ years proven administrative experience Advanced skills in Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint Exceptional attention to detail Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and take full accountability Package & Remuneration Market related. (Competitive and based on experience) Working hours: • 07:00 – 17:00 Interested?
