SUMMARY:
VACANCY: SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR
Location: Westville, Durban

We are seeking a highly organised, professional, and proactive Senior Administrator / Personal Assistant to provide executive, administrative, secretarial, and marketing support to Divisional Managers in a Civil Engineering Consulting Environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative, secretarial, and personal assistant support.
Manage executive diaries, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and business documentation.
Coordinate office administration, events, and stakeholder engagements.
Process invoices, quotations, and related administrative documentation.
Assist with the preparation and submission of bids, tenders, and proposals.
Support marketing, branding, communication, and social media initiatives.
Maintain filing systems, databases, records, and confidential documentation.
Liaise professionally with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
Relevant certification or training in Administration, Secretarial Studies, Office Management, Marketing, or a related field will be advantageous.
Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior administrative, executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and any other business software applications.
Experience with marketing software, digital platforms, and social media management would be an added advantage.
Experience with invoicing, tender administration, and bid preparation.
Excellent organisational, report-writing, and communication skills.
Previous work experience within the Engineering Consultancy Industry will be advantageous.
