Job Description:

This candidate must be a CA(SA) with 1 - 2 years’ experience in Corporate Finance/Investment Banking/Due Diligence. Responsibilities may include but not limited to

• Building financial models including discounted free cash flows, dividend discount models, leverage buyout models, merger model analysis and peer comparable analysis
• Interpreting financial models and data,
• Day to day project management of deals,
• Working on innovative solutions to clients regarding deal structuring,
• Assessing the impact of relevant regulatory matters on deals,
• Client interaction and presentations,
