We're Hiring: Senior Application Developer

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain web and enterprise applications using C#, .NET 6, .NET Core, Blazor, and SQL Server
• Work collaboratively with business analysts, IT managers, and developers to align software solutions with business needs
• Translate functional specs into technical requirements and robust architecture
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, test components, and ensure quality through code reviews and unit testing
• Take ownership of non-functional requirements like performance, scalability, and security
• Provide mentorship to junior developers and act as a technical go-to in your domain
• Contribute to ongoing DevOps initiatives and explore continuous improvement opportunities

Key Skills & Tools

• Strong experience in C#, .NET Core/6, Blazor, SQL Server, HTML5, CSS
• Proven experience across the full SDLC in agile environments (Scrum/KANBAN)
• Solid understanding of API design, unit testing, and enterprise architecture principles
• Bonus: DevOps pipeline experience and exposure to the insurance sector
