Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts and project teams to deliver scalable technical solutions. Develop robust APIs and web-based applications. Translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions. Contribute to solution architecture, technical design and software quality. Identify technical risks and drive solutions through to implementation. Mentor junior developers and promote development best practices. Continuously improve existing applications and development processes. Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: Matric (Grade 12) Degree, diploma or certification in Computer Science or a related field. Experience: 8+ years of software development experience. Strong experience with: C#, .NET Core \/ .NET 6, SQL Server, Blazor, HTML5 & CSS, RESTful APIs Web application development Experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Agile development experience (Scrum\/Kanban). Experience with unit testing. Exposure to DevOps automation would be advantageous. Insurance industry experience is beneficial. Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. A passion for clean, maintainable code. High attention to detail and quality.
