Senior Application Specialist - ADABAS

POSITION INFO:

Preference will be given to BBEEE candidates due to BEE requirements

A well-established and sought-after financial services concern has a new opportunity available for a Senior Applications Specialist.

This is a senior professional position where one will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing and architecting, developing and maintaining, and supporting IT solutions to meet the business needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent
8 – 10 Years’ experience in Natural / ADABAS system development
Experience in installation and configuration of Software AG products in a Unix or Linux environment
Minimum 8 years’ experience working with ADABAS databases
Experience with working with NaturalOne
Experience with working with Entire
Experience with Unix AIX add-on software (Xi-Text, ESP Batch, ESP Control)
