A leader in building services and engineering projects is looking for a Senior Architect to join our dynamic team and take the lead in designing innovative building solutions that blend performance, efficiency, and aesthetics.

POSITION INFO:

What You’ll Do

Lead the design and delivery of complex building services projects from concept to completion.
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to integrate architecture with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Ensure compliance with building regulations, codes, and sustainability standards.
Oversee and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and technical expertise.
Drive innovative approaches to energy efficiency, green building design, and smart systems integration.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture (professional registration preferred).
8+ years’ experience in architecture with a focus on building services.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems integration.
Proficiency in design software (Revit, AutoCAD, BIM tools).
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
