Required Qualification, Experience and Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes):

LLB or LLM Degree
Admitted Attorney
Minimum of 7 years post admission experience
Practicing Attorney
Right of Appearance
Experience in some or all of the following practice areas:
- Litigation & Dispute Resolution
- Corporate & Commercial

- Labour & Employment Law
- Competition Law
- Administrative, Public and Constitutional Law
- Intellectual Property Law
- Compliance and Regulatory Law
