POSITION INFO:
The Litigation Senior Associate will form part of a specialist litigation practice growing their team looking for a hands-on attorney to work across commercial and public-sector disputes. The work involves all aspects of litigation including drafting, research, advisory, court and forum appearances, client interaction, and the day-to-day management of matters. Duties: Drafting contracts, affidavits and pleadings. Researching law and drafting opinions. Appearing in various forums (court\/ regulatory\/ labour) Running matters independently. Contributing to business development initiatives. Assisting with client generation Key requirements: Admitted attorney with at least 2 years PQE. Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects relating to court processes and civil litigation. Demonstrable experience in drafting, civil litigation and court experience. Experience managing matters independently Excellent communication skills This role will suit an astute legal associate who has gained broad, practical responsibility in a litigation practice, and is ready to take on more complex, specialised work. This is a full time, office based role in Houghton.
