Are you a world class Senior B-BBEE Consultant with practice management experience?

An industry leader who is an employer of choice in the advisory and consulting sector is recruiting a solution orientated full-function Senior B-BBEE Consultant. They offer a competitive remuneration package with generous bonuses and fringe benefits. The role will contribute towards the expansion of the B-BBEE department. This is a strategic role with hands on exposure to managing a B-BBEE and Transformation Team.

POSITION INFO:
Job Experience and Skills Required:

Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic track record
At least 5 years of managerial experience in a professional setting (consulting experience preferred)
Strategic thinking with a structured approach to problemâsolving
Strong financial insight and analytical capability
Proven project management expertise
Ability to make dataâinformed decisions
Exceptional presentation skills suited for executive audiences

Key Responsibilities:

Lead strategic transformation planning and design sustainable change initiatives for clients.
Develop innovative solutions and embed transformation across organisations in collaboration with stakeholders.
Act as a trusted adviser on BEE, Employment Equity, and supply chain localisation to improve BâBBEE outcomes.
Manage data analysis, audit preparation, and onâsite BâBBEE verification support.
Oversee consultant teams, ensuring operational efficiency, commercial sustainability, and exceptional client service.
Mentor and develop team members while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
