Key Responsibilities

Translate business needs into technical data solutions and specifications
Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence systems and data models
Build dashboards and reports to support decision-making across the organisation
Analyse large datasets to uncover trends and insights
Evaluate and improve existing data platforms and reporting structures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and data sources
Perform testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing system support
Maintain technical documentation and provide data support to users

Job Experience and Skills Required

Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field
Proven experience in business intelligence development and data environments
Strong background in data warehousing and data modelling
Experience working with enterprise data platforms and analytics tools
Strong SQL skills with experience in database querying and optimisation
Proficiency in Power BI and data visualisation techniques
Solid understanding of ETL processes and data integration
Experience with cloud-based platforms and modern data architectures
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
Experience with Microsoft data technologies and Azure services
Exposure to Python and advanced analytics tools
Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems
