   To assume total operational accountability for the scheduling, execution, and quality assurance of all structural wet trades through to high-end architectural handovers.

6. Job Requirements & Qualifications
   • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of verified experience operating as a Senior dual Brickwork and Finishing Foreman on large-scale projects
   • Valid trade test certificate or formal tertiary qualification in Construction Supervision / Building Science
   • Advanced capability in reading and interpreting complex drawings
   • Demonstrated track record of delivering defect-free projects under accelerated timelines
   • Valid driver's license and reliable personal transport
