  We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst Consultant for a 12 month contract.

  Skills and Experience:
  • 5 + years overall BA experience of which 4+ must be on custom developed solutions
  • Web and digital project experience advantageous
  • Agile working experience advantageous
  • Understanding of systems engineering concepts
  • The ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis
  • Business case development
  • Modelling techniques and method
  • Leadership
  • Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analysing functional and technical requirements
  • Prioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups
  • Master strategic business process modelling, traceability and quality management techniques
  • Apply best practices for effective communication and problem-solving
  • Assisting with the business case
  • Planning and monitoring
  • Eliciting requirements
  • Requirements organization
  • Translating and simplifying requirements
  • Requirements management and communication
  • Requirements analysis
  • Document requirements in appropriate format depending on methodology followed
  • Assist with identification and management of risks
  • AS IS and TO BE Process and conceptual diagram documentation
  • Solid understanding around system integrations, restful APIâ??s and cloud services
  • Using Postman tool (build postman collections)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong ability to understand and interpret Business needs and requirements with the ability to move concepts through to proposal and finally successful implementation
  • Excellent interpersonal, planning, timeboxing and organizational skills with ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and written) with both technical and non-technical colleagues / users
  • Strong Presentation skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team, inter dependant as well as independently and submit deliverables on time and in excellent quality. SELF STARTER

  • Flexibility to take up different tasks in the project
