Step into a senior role where you will act as the key link between finance, operations, and IT, delivering highâvalue business intelligence and digital transformation solutions. You will lead the analysis and design of enterpriseâlevel projects, working closely with stakeholders to shape the future state of business processes and reporting environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead analysis and design phases of digital transformation and business intelligence initiatives
Engage with stakeholders to gather, interpret, and document business requirements and define future state solutions
Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business, development, and BI teams to deliver highâquality solutions
Design and implement reporting, analytics, and financial models to support strategic decisionâmaking
Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams
Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities to improve systems and processes
Support solution rollout, optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education: Relevant BCom or equivalent business/financial qualification
Experience:

5–8 years’ experience in business analysis, reporting, or related roles
Strong experience working with financial systems and system integrations
Experience in data warehousing and business intelligence environments

Technical Skills:

Advanced Excel and PowerPivot
Strong understanding of financial systems and KPIs
Ability to work with large datasets and perform inâdepth analysis
Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, Syspro, Infor) is advantageous

Additional Requirements:

Strong analytical, problemâsolving, and system design capabilities
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage both technical and nonâtechnical stakeholders
Ability to work in fastâpaced, highâpressure environments with multiple priorities
Passion for technology, automation, and continuous improvement
