Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

SUMMARY:
Our Client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to lead the design, development, and delivery of high-impact reporting and data solutions. This role is critical in driving data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics, dashboard development, and process automation.

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in BI, reporting, or data analytics, with expertise in Power BI, QlikView, or Qlik Sense.
• Strong technical skills in T-SQL, relational databases, DAX, Power Query, and Excel (Python/R is a plus).
• Experience in financial services or short-term insurance (preferred).
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and data models using Power BI, QlikView, or Qlik Sense.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Automate and optimize reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage end-to-end BI projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and support strategic decisions.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.
