SUMMARY:
Progressive multidisciplinary engineering consultancy has a vacancy for a Senior Civil Engineer with a water and sanitation background.
Must have at least 8 years of engineering consulting and project management experience and be professionally registered with ECSA.
This is a permanent position to start in October.

POSITION INFO:

REQUIREMENTS:

PrEng / PrTechEng
BTech or BSc Eng in Civil Engineering
Over 5 years of hands-on experience in water & sanitation (bulk & reticulation) and urban (general civils & bulk earthworks) projects
Proficiency in Civil 3D, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and administrative skills
A valid driver’s license and own transport are essential

DUTIES:

Design and develop innovative water and sanitation projects
Prepare detailed design layouts, calculations, and reports
Collaborate on site meetings, handovers, and project administration
Ensure quality control and safety standards are met on all projects
Manage projects with guidance from senior engineers

REMUNERATION:

Market-related (dependent on qualifications and experience)
