SUMMARY:
This role is responsible for delivering a high standard of client service by managing complex cases, overseeing day-to-day client servicing activities, and ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and an excellent client experience.

POSITION INFO:
The role also requires strong technical knowledge to handle escalated queries from financial advisors, members, and third parties while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Requirements: 3 - 5 years' exp. in a client services role, preferably within the financial services industry Proven experience in handling client queries and maintaining high service standards Relevant tertiary qualification e.g. Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field Diploma or Certificate in Financial Services, Compliance or Client Services advantageous Understanding of pensions and investment products and experience working in a regulated environment with knowledge of compliance and risk requirements
