Requirements and skills required:

4+ years in conceptual, experiential or retail environment design
Must have knowledge of a 3D program / Concept Tool (Blender, Substance, Dimension, SketchUp, Cinema4D or similar)
Have background working for an agency advantageous
Have experience working on events / centre courts / activations / expos is advantageous
Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Hand sketching is a big plus

Responsibilities:

Bring 5 pitch-ready concepts that show your range
Elevate our creative direction across retail and centre-court experiences
Improve pitch decks with smarter concepts and stronger visual storytelling
Bring in revenue through winning pitches
Become the creative trend setter for the business
Lead concept development for most big campaigns
Unlock revenue through strong winning concepts
Establish a clean flow: Concept ? Studio ? Production
Lead the conceptual design culture inside the business
