SUMMARY:
Our client based in South Africa is looking for an experienced Senior Concrete Foreman to be responsible in over site of oversee projects from inception to completion.

POSITION INFO:

Responsible for coordinating construction tasks and prioritising plans pertaining covering the concrete preparation, placement, installation, finishing and curing.
Required to produce a construction programme detailing planned vs actual progress and availability of resources
Make sure that all OHSA and Organisation safe work procedures are in place and being adhered to
Manage the teams and contractors
Budget management, monitor project costs and expenditure
Effectively and timeously resolve problems that may affect project quality, safety and completion
Compile progress reports covering project and submit to management
