Our client has an opportunity available for a Senior Contributions Clerk.

Requirements:

Matric with an aptitude for figures.
1 year admin experience.
Knowledge of ‘Natural’ or ‘Phoenix’ or company specific systems.
PC and keyboard literacy.
Willing to assist and go beyond what is expected.
Company processing contributions experience

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and perform high level query resolutions.
Negotiate with companies with regards to outstanding documentation.
Edit bank statement entries that do not have reference numbers.
Correct errors resulting from return and payment submission from firms and that do not match payment submissions from firms.
Handle all query related administration.
Supply the supervisor with weekly feedback of firms attended to.
