POSITION INFO:
Senior Conveyancing Secretary – Bond Department Location: Pretoria Requirements: A minimum of five years’ current experience as a Bond Secretary. Language fluency in both English and Afrikaans. Extensive, hands-on experience attending to FNB and Standard Bank home loan bond registrations. Able to manage a bond matter independently from initial instruction through to registration without supervision. Highly proficient in StorDoc. Excellent understanding of conveyancing processes, banking requirements and registration procedures. Exceptional administrative accuracy and attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience attending to ABSA and Nedbank home loan bonds.
